The purpose of the Strawberry Marketing Board is to promote the Louisiana strawberry industry by increasing production and quality through marketing and research; expand the market through promotion; increase the consumption of Louisiana strawberries through advertising, promotion and marketing; and educate producers, distributors, retailers and consumers with educational information on the nutritional and health value of strawberries.
